Description

Responsibilities:

  • End to end campaign delivery, marketing the SME services
  • Increasing acquisition, revenue and new business activation rates in the SME segment, as well as improving retention through enhancements to the customer lifecycle
  • Working with the Comms team to create and improve SME focused acquisition and lifecycle communications
  • Recommending and executing A/B tests for printed and electronic communications, as well as online content
  • Working with our BD/Client Management teams to support affiliate and comparison site acquisition plans, ensuring optimal account sales value and volume
  • Driving product enhancements and new product ideas for the SME segment
  • Producing regular competitor analysis that will drive recommendations and business cases for new product features or pricing structures

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of using digital and marketing channels to acquire SME customers and manage the various Marketing touchpoints throughout the full customer lifecycle
  • Commercial acumen, with an understanding of metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition, Net Present Value and Revenue Per Account
  • Data-oriented, preferably with a working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of direct to business product sales ideally involving continuity products (e.g. Financial Services, broadband contracts; digital TV memberships)
  • Experience and track record of working on product development
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, striving for excellence across our marketing materials and adaptable to changing pace and priorities
  • Collaborative and comfortable facilitating success across the department and wider business, with colleagues at all levels of seniority
  • UK experience
