Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop senior level stakeholder relationships that provide strategic marketing best practices that fall in line with the overall vision
  • Help to design content and deliver outstanding client events. Use the events to target prospects and drive leads for specific products/teams/brands
  • Create engaging content which tell our clients stories through a number of channels (videos, podcasts, webcasts, brochures, perspective pieces, blogs).
  • Work closely with design and digital teams to develop and deliver issue-based, journey-led marketing strategies. Create and execute plans that have focused objectives, budgets and performance metrics
  • Successfully collaborate within a highly matrixed operating environment, including leveraging and originating go-to-market content (e.g., research, thought leadership) within the brand guidelines
  • Manage and deliver complex, multi-channel sales and marketing communications campaigns with the input of multiple stakeholders (e.g., digital content, sales campaign material and product summaries) within the brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • Solid marketing experience, preferably in a financial services, professional services / HR / consulting
  • Experience with creating new marketing opportunities and a proven background of engaging clients with innovative and engaging methods that produced measurable results for positive ROI
  • Strategic and tactical marketing experience, with specific emphasis on execution and project management
  • Understanding of segment priorities, integrated themes and business content
  • Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills
  • A keen interest in new media and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • UK experience
