In this role you need to work exceptionally well both independently and in teams. Being an excellent connector in both internal and external, being able to bring together and lead people in different geographies and teams to solve complex problems is critical to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the global brands' toolkits (brand book, core creative idea, VBB, VBI)
  • Develop a framework to lead all teams to create meaningful brands with a true purpose in order to create mind share ahead of market share
  • Create a network of global partners: marketing agencies, influencer agencies, activation partners etc.
  • Leverage data from social listening and other sources to ensure the brands are relevant and can be responsive and reactive

You:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • A creative and curious attitude with a great understanding of consumer insights, consumer research, consumer and industry trends
  • Entrepreneurially minded
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to get things in a very fast paced environment
  • Position will involve international travel
