A Product Marketing Manager is urgently needed to join this fast growing FinTech start up. Reporting directly into the CEO and working closely with the Product team, you will be responsible for driving the marketing function forward. This role is a mix of strategy & implementation.

This FinTech business helps consumers combine must have household services into a one-stop shop platform. They have been running for five years, are venture backed up and have been growing exponentially. They are a small, tigh-knit team who work very collaboratively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Product Lead, embed customer insight into the whole company;
  • Define customer segmentation in live markets, commercially and for marketing targeting purposes;
  • Drive customer/ user research and feeding this into the Product and Marketing teams
  • Having an ever watchful eye on the market and our competitors
  • Develop an understanding and usage of data across marketing
  • Own our content - developing the company TOV, coordinating/ writing compelling and engaging content
  • Experiment with copy, messages, email, in-app, push, and other mediums to (a) market the product effectively and (b) increase conversion within the funnel
  • B2C focus to start with.

Experience and skills:

  • Marketing generalist with min 5-6 years experience
  • You've driven product marketing at a fast-growing company before
  • Experience in taking customer insight and embedding into a business, preferably a technology business
  • Deep desire to make things better by creating a product that appeals to our target audience/s
  • Strong bias to action, thinking smartly at pace is vital
  • Able to talk confidently and intelligently about commercial and marketing strategy
  • Comfortable with metrics and can hold your own with data
  • You understand how consumer facing products are built and are comfortable working with a technical team

This role is for someone who is as comfortable having strategic conversations as rolling up the sleeves and implenting marketing initiatives.
