A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join a recruitment agency in a brand new, standalone position which aims to create an effective marketing department.

The recruitment agency is looking for an experienced and highly driven individual to help develop and build a marketing department from the roots, up. The main priority initially will be to drive candidate applications through the use of engaging multi-channel campaigns ensuring the recruitment consultancy is given the best opportunities to provide high quality healthcare professionals across the country.

You will be highly organised, proactive and independent with a minimum of 2 years' experience of creating and delivering online marketing campaigns. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be digitally and analytically minded with a forward thinking mind set. You must be able to provide a portfolio of the campaigns you have delivered, with stats to demonstrate the effectiveness.

Those with a professional background in marketing within the recruitment industry would be preferable.

Role: Marketing Manager

Location: London

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000

Key responsibilities

  • Maintenance of website content;
  • To effectively manage and deliver a full cycle of exciting and engaging multi-channel campaigns through email marketing, digital and online advertising (SEO and PPC), websites and video content for existing Candidates and advertising for new Candidates;
  • To produce and manage creative and engaging content to maximise the impact of campaigns across all digital channels including website
  • To work closely with the wider team including consultants in creating tailored marketing plans
  • To ensure that research and reporting tasks are being completed in order to measure and analyse marketing campaigns and activities against targets and to track meaningful ROI
  • To effectively lead on strategies, upholding the values and standards of the company at all times.
  • Work closely and support team managers to ensure effective marketing campaigns are targeting suitable Candidates;
  • Increase the Company's online and social media presence.

  • Strong technical ability, digitally minded and with an acute attention to detail
  • Team player, putting the interests of the company first and working in an inclusive way;
  • Disciplined in working to deadlines, and adhering to agreed plans;
  • Experienced and sensitive in handling confidential information;
  • Clear communicator, oral and written, with strong follow-through on agreed actions;
  • Calm and professional when working under pressure.
