An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a residential property developer to lead on their new developments. Working closely with the rest of the marketing team you will create their marketing strategy and communications plan and be responsible for multiple budgets.

They are hiring due to expansion across the business with several new developments underway across London and Europe. This role will suit a hands on marketer with extensive residential experience who enjoys delivering a variety of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver marketing and communications strategy
  • Branding - Ensure each development is unique and well positioned in its own market
  • Oversee production of branding materials and marketing collateral
  • Media planning - evaluate suitable opportunities and report on campaign success
  • Work closely with sales team on launches and across the business
  • Manage internal requests for marketing support
  • Prepare monthly reports for leadership teams
  • Raise the profile of the overall brand and attract new opportunities

Skills/Experience

  • Track record of successful residential marketing campaigns underpinned by market research
  • communications and branding - understanding of effective storytelling and how to shape a brand
  • Budget management experience
  • Agency management - briefing and evaluating performance
  • Communications - have worked with a busy schedule of external communications
  • Knowledge of relevant events and conferences
  • Residential property experience is essential
  • Digital marketing experience - variety of channels needed
