A fast growing engineering and design consultancy is looking to propel its expansion by adding a Marketing Manager to the firm. You will set the strategy for several brands owned by the wider group.

This is a standalone role which will have added responsibility as you will be creating and delivering their marketing strategy as well as managing the marketing agency that they currently use. The senior stakeholders are looking for someone who can bring with them ideas about different marketing methods that they can utilise to reach their target audience and help them to increase their market share.

This role is ideal for an established Marketing Manager who has created marketing strategies, however they are also open to a Marketing Executive taking on more responsibility. They offer flexible working once settled in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver marketing and advertising strategies
  • Manage the budget for marketing and advertising across the group
  • Manage social media accounts and produce engaging content
  • Analyse digital performance - website, social, campaigns
  • Work closely with stakeholders to produce unique content
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners and agencies
  • Oversee the production of all marketing collateral
  • Organise and manage events to increase the exposure of the company

Skills

  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Events experience - organising and attending as a representative
  • Experience of creating a strategy and managing budgets is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent writing skills - creative & technical
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Managed social media accounts
  • Good digital skills - Google Analytics, email, website
