An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented marketing and communications manager to join a fantastic financial services brand based in Kent. Reporting to the Head of marketing & communications, you will be responsible for broker and client multi-channel communications and marketing.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop a marketing and communications strategy in line with the business' objectives
  • Develop broker relationships through external communications and marketing collateral
  • Increase marketing-qualifies leads through the company website, call center and lead generation content
  • Optimise marketing automation and lead generation processes through multi-channels
  • Manage and liaise with external communications and media agencies
  • Manage the brand identity and ensure consistency across the business
  • Line manage and coach direct reports
  • Work closely with the customer insight to understand customer segmentation for targeted marketing

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in managing marketing communications across all media channels is essential
  • Strong experience in managing third party agencies
  • Excellent experience in developing and managing external communications
  • Experience in working in financial services or a regulated environment is highly advantageous
  • Line management experience is essential
  • Experience in branding, external and internal communications, social media, digital and media buying
