Are you a Marketing Manager wanting to work in the thriving payments industry? This is an exciting opportunity for an interim Marketing Manager to join a growing payments business in West London.

As the interim Marketing Manager, you will work within the Customer Experience team to develop customer lifecycle communications that exemplify brand and support a first-class payments service for small to medium businesses. You will need to have experience writing across multiple channels and developing brand awareness and education tactics (B2B preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

- Develop integrated communications that support customers at every touch point in their journey, including web, email and print.

- Custodian of all customer-facing collateral, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders from across the business to identify and develop communication requirements.

- Create detailed copy briefs and work with the Creative team to ensure on-time delivery of materials within an agile working environment.

- Analyse the effectiveness of communication tactics and impact on end-to-end customer experience.

Candidate profile

- 3+ years experience in a communications or marketing related discipline.

- Prior experience in developing targeted communication materials across online and offline channels, including emails, brochures and web.

- Excellent written, editorial and verbal communication skills and an eye for accuracy and consistency.
