Reporting directly into the founders, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing a marketing strategy that will support the business with their expansions plans. The role will suit a strong team player with the proven experience in B2C marketing. You should be data-driven and creatively minded with a passionate and dedicated attitude.

The role:

  • Managing the customer success executive
  • Creation of overall marketing strategy including offline, online and branding elements
  • Working with external Paid Search consultants
  • Researching key competitors and their activity
  • Managing web development and strategy
  • To develop strategies, working with data scientist and the executive team, to maximise machine usage and sales
  • Overseeing the creative direction of any marketing activity including photoshoots, video, visual content, etc.
  • Working with the product team to make sure product evolutions are on-brand and reflect the company needs

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in marketing from B2C organisation (ideally technology start-up)
  • Hands-on knowledge of best practices in B2C marketing
  • Experience writing blogs and distilling complex technical issues into plain English
  • Proven experience in running multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Self-start with the can-do attitude
  • Strong leader and a team player
