A leading online property firm is expanding its marketing team to focus on its key client base. The Marketing Manager will report into the leader of the Marketing team and have responsibility for managing their own projects as well as being client facing to help build existing relationships.

You will work closely with colleagues in the wider marketing team and sales team on large projects and also carry out a variety of marketing campaigns. You will ideally have experience of marketing within the property sector, however this is not essential.

The aims for the role are to strengthen their existing relationships with key clients and to help the company grow its client base in new areas and territories. This is an exciting role for a person who enjoys a variety of digital and traditional marketing and who wants to take on more responsibility and ownership.


  • Working on marketing projects e.g. insights reports and events
  • Carrying out campaigns - online and offline
  • Building relationships with clients - presenting reports on site
  • Using marketing automation to improve client engagement
  • Creating original content for a variety of channels
  • Supporting the sales team through the production of high quality marketing collateral


  • Track record of delivering a marketing strategy
  • Client or customer facing experience
  • Excellent digital skills - CRM, marketing automation, email
  • Created content and internal communications
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to collaborate with other teams
  • Experience of analysing a campaign and reporting on results
