Marketing Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and hands-on marketing manager to join a growing financial services business based in Essex. You will be responsible for running the marketing function and developing strategy that's in-line with the business plans. You will be a senior member of the team and work closely with MD and the CEO to provide leadership on key business decisions.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Create and implement marketing strategy and plans alongside the team
  • Manage literature initiatives, production and distribution
  • Lead the marketing department and ensure targets are achieved and team members are informed of any changes
  • Review and report on performance, KPIs and make recommendations to senior stakeholders to maximise revenue
  • Develop and deliver the digital and SEO strategy
  • Monitor competitor movement and report findings to senior management

Role requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level within marketing, business or equivalent
  • Strong understanding and experience of SEO strategy and implementation
  • Experience and knowledge of financial services or working in a regulated environment
  • Experience with website analysis would be largely advantageous
  • Experience in a broad marketing role across the full marketing mix
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in prior line management is beneficial
  • Experience with Adobe Suite is desirable

You will have the opportunity to lead the marketing function in a growing business in a broad role where you will also have a seat in the senior management table. Based in Essex with parking provided and easy access to the Central line which makes an easy commute if you're coming from London.
