Are you an FMCG Marketer with an interest in quality, European Beer? I have an opportunity to develop and implement the European brand strategy and positioning for a rapidly growing start-up like business in the heart of the city, backed by a huge FMCG brand.

The role:

  • Responsible for protecting and growing brand health of the existing brands within the portfolio
  • Responsible for developing brand positioning, strategy (long and short term), key growth pillars development of brands for Europe, and ensuring global consistency.
  • Influence and inspire the commercial community (incl agency partner) and wider business to remain consumer centric and deliver outstanding marketing execution
  • Responsible for supporting the Assistant Brand Manager in leading campaigns.

The person:

  • 5 + years experience of FMCG Brand Marketing (Alcohol/Beer experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven experience to deliver outstanding results and clear demonstration of project management and strategic thinking
  • Broad commercial understanding of challenging European market environment; ability to work with sales and other functions to deliver growth plans, and selling them to customers in joint meetings with sales.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and teams, ability to lead cross functional initiatives and proven ability to persuade and influence to achieve outstanding results
