As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of internal and external marketing activities in line with the company operating protocols as well as working closely with the Board to scope and implement development plans for marketing activities aligned to company objectives.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing the Group's portfolio of niche brands, with a view to increasing their profiles within the relevant sectors
  • Design, develop and implement creative and appropriate marketing solutions throughout the portfolio of brands, to meet all required objectives at both a Group and individual brand level
  • Manager all centralised marketing spend for the Group, including all third party supplier spend
  • Design and produce or oversee the production of company marketing materials, including brochures, fact sheets, sales material, newsletters and other client communications
  • Work closely with the website development team
  • Own the strategic direction and line management responsibility of the in-house digital marketing function

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of managing a team
  • A strong commercial understanding, being able to demonstrate ROI
  • Creative background, worked in a strategic environment, worked multiple brands
  • B2B background, recruitment industry would be ideal
  • Must have Adobe Suite experience, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media platforms
