A global company that have been around for over 25 years are looking for a Marketing Manager to take responsibility for their commercial objectives. This role will manage the co-ordination of their marketing with external agencies and internal stakeholders in the UK and across Europe. This position with be a leading role in planning of marketing expenditure, copy writing, creation of advertising materials, public relations, organising events, product development, distribution and research. You will assist the Sales & Marketing Director in developing the marketing strategy and creating new initiatives; and will be the key person responsible for driving these forward.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and future products:
  • Monitoring and analysing market trends
  • Studying competitors' products and services
  • Analysing customer behaviour
  • Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling marketing analytics
  • Develop an annual marketing plan and budget. This should detail the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brands and drive sales and online traffic
  • Deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget
  • Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution
  • Conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and future product
  • Produce promotions in print and Social media
  • Copy writing and creative design production
