A global and accountable role taking the lead for a new service line marketing strategy targeting international clients in the Finance space.

Working with the lead partners and managing a small team, you will be responsible for all marketing communications for a service line across EMEA, and implement the first global strategy of its kind as well as making changes as you see fit. You will need to build strong relationships and collaborate closely with the sector marketing managers and members of the Global Marketing & Communications and Business Development teams to develop and tweak client programmes and campaigns.

  • Creative flair and confidence
  • Experience of leading projects, people and agencies, as well as managing and coaching team members
  • Ability to think and work strategically as well as deliver operationally

Guideline Experience:

  • B2B marketing and communications experience, preferably in professional or financial services
  • Proven track record across the full marketing mix, including online channels and events
  • Project leadership and line management
  • Experience managing international marketing programmes within a matrix structure
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, the financial services industry
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural team
