The Central & Southern Europe Marketing Manager has an exciting challenge to support and grow their European business, with primary focus on the German and French markets and secondary focus on other markets including Spain and Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, implementing and executing marketing plans and promotional campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and execute annual marketing plans to generate inbound leads for and increase brand awareness.

Deliver full schedule of cross-channel communications, including messaging, creative concepts, execution of campaigns and production of digital and printed sales materials.

Initiate and deliver multiple content marketing initiatives throughout the year, including webinars, white papers, infographics and digital marketing campaigns.

Prepare and track the Marketing budget, expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on programme objectives and industry norms. Measurement and ROI is key.

Organise exposure at key events, client seminars and exhibitions

Manage the recruitment of interns and provide mentoring, support and guidance. This role will manage two marketing interns.

So who are we looking for?


The successful Marketing Manager will have strong B2B experience in a multi-market marketing planning
role across both traditional and digital marketing.


The ideal candidate will also have:


Extensive experience in developing and executing lead generation focussed marketing initiatives.
Experience of managing outside agencies, partners and vendors.
The ability to translate brand/marketing strategies into appropriate and effective marketing
programmes.
The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and defined targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including campaign copy-writing.
Strong problem solving, analysis, prioritisation, tactical execution and planning skills.

Native level English, German and French language skills are required. Experience of budgeting and
inbound/content marketing is also necessary.
