Contemporary Fragrance brand is looking for a Marketing/Product Manager to join their head office in London to take ownership of the daily marketing implementation and planning.

ABOUT THE BRAND

A modern and contemporary fragrance brand, which is part of a global luxury group. They are looking are marketing professional with strong project management experience to work on budgets, implement on a local market based on guidelines coming from HQ in Italy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You will develop brand objectives and strategies including all aspects of the mix: Product, price positioning, distribution, in store activities and communication.
  • You will prepare product allocation sheet for each launch including allocation of samples and POS.
  • You will work with Sales Managers and stores, recommend and get approval for sites and window campaigns.
  • You will develop ad hoc local collateral POS elements to support launches and activities when required.
  • You will track launches and sites performances, analyse and draw conclusions.
  • You will track competition and make recommendations to Italy for future product development.
  • You will also have logistics and budget responsibilities and ensure adequate stock coverage for all products through forecasting accuracy and quota management.
  • You will ensure that all activities are carried out within budget parameter as agreed with General Manager.
  • You will prepare brief for Media Agency on an annual basis and recommend overall Communication Strategy.
  • You will be responsible for media colour balancing and cropping validation working with media production agency.
  • You will develop CRM and Digital Campaigns and work closely with Italy to get approval.
  • You will also work with the PR Manager to get press coverage for new products and create PR stories for the brand.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You will have strong marketing experience in the beauty, luxury or fragrance industry.
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise work in a fast changing environment.
  • You will have line management experience.
  • You will have acute attention to detail - numerate/analytical.
  • You will be able to work on own initiative and have confidence in influencing.
  • Italian language a plus but not essential.
