  • Develop and implement the execution of the marketing strategy, differentiating approaches to ensure they are appropriate to the different target markets and target client-bases
  • Leading the corporate identity, brand architecture, brand promise, brand advertising and marketing strategies, as well as developing brand messaging that unifies all communications externally and internally.
  • Establish brand presence on digital and social channels and take ownership of all strategic and execution of all marketing initiatives
  • Develop and project-manage well-structured marketing plans for both existing products and new product launches
  • Draft, edit, proof-read, update and ensure compliance of content for marketing materials including sales flyers, brochures, micro-sites, conference materials and email campaigns
  • Driving marketing excellence in campaign delivery, customer experience, content development, digital and social media, advertising and relevant media relations
  • Work cross functionally to ensure all marketing and communications programs effectiveness and success based on financial, market and technology factors
  • Keep up with market trend and allocate limited resources in a cost-effective manner
  • Track and manage the budget and ROI on activities
  • Plan and execute SEO via various techniques, including content-driven strategies
  • Developing a strategic marketing plan and clear value proposition


  • Experience of working in marketing ideally in B2C & B2B financial services
  • A self-starter - track-record of creating and implementing marketing strategies
  • Good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Social media and website management experience
  • Knowledge and experience of website analytics tools, SEO and PPC.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 would be ideal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • UK experience essential
