A fantastic opportunity for an interim Marketing Lead to join a global Financial Services organisation.

This position undertakes a broad range of activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organisation and its leadership that promote, enhance and protect brand reputation.

You will come from a Financial or Professional Services background.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Director to ensure market and regional plans support strategic areas of focus as determined by market, and regional leadership
  • Lead a team marketers to execute marketing activities
  • Execute the brand consistently across all markets, personas, products and sectors and be the brand guardian
  • Work with team members across the marketing function to embed a clear and distinctive tone of voice
  • Defining and delivering the digital communications approach
  • Oversee the delivery of a new global intranet with clearly defined benefits, ROI and measurable engagement targets

Key Skills:

  • Evidence prior success of executing marketing skills as outlined above
  • Financial/Professional Services experience
  • People management experience
