This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a new project that one of the leading international real estate firms is introducing. You will be joining on the ground floor of a growing marketing team.

You will be directly supporting the Director of Marketing in a fast paced position where you will be working a broad role including; a strong focus on social media as well as other digital media, offline marketing and an events.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement their social media strategy across all social channels.
  • Regularly evaluate all organic content posted on social media covering the housing portfolio to make sure it's of high quality, always relevant.
  • Copywriting - They're looking for someone with the ability to tell stories and write; creatively, confidently and imaginatively about their products.
  • Compose email copy to assist with the updates across the website to create a better 'customer journey' and 'customer experience'.
  • Events management - including planning and coordination and attendance for; residence events, student housing fairs and fresher's fairs (nationally).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience using Hootsuite, Wordpress, Mailchimp and Google Analytics will be advantageous.
  • Have experience in the use of social media for marketing purposes using; Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram.
  • Must be highly organised and efficient with strong analytical skills.
  • Energetic, flexible and determined to champion the values of the brands.

The successful candidate could earn up to £30,000 per annum.
