An award-winning global law firm are looking for a marketing assistant to join their expanding marketing team in the City of London. The role offers great exposure to all marketing functions with emphasis on events.

Role Overview:

  • Support on logistics including research, costings, implementation of events
  • Researching venues and initial communication with venue/site
  • Drafting of event invitations and managing the invitation process
  • Promotion of event details via website and social media platforms
  • Events set up, on-site delivery and break down for all events
  • Keeping Partners and fee earners up to date on forthcoming events, follow ups and feedback
  • Attending events to register guests and hosts
  • Updating CRM with attendee details and analysis of feedback post event
  • Creating event mailing folders, tracking responses and amending records as required

  • Ability to prioritise work and multitask
  • Team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and accommodating attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Execl, PPT) and
  • Experience using social media
