We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join one of the leading, global specialist recruitment consultancies in London.

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for working with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement recruitment division marketing plans for the UK and US; providing marketing services and sales support to a cross-section of the London business teams. The Marketing Assistant will also be responsible for the administration and management of a number of cross-territory and cross-divisional marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Producing regular high quality content, including researching topic ideas, copywriting and publishing finalised copy (e.g on website or sending to print0. This will include web content, career advice, research, recruitment market updates, analysis and corporate collateral.
  • Delivery of online marketing campaigns to support candidate and client retention and attraction strategies (including delivery of e-marketing campaigns, reporting on results and implementing insights into new campaigns)
  • Producing marketing collateral (including production of brochures, surveys, flyers, white papers) to underpin the delivery of the marketing plan.
  • Using marketing reporting tools to analyse recruitment consultant performance, marketing ROI and company productivity.
  • Managing the administration of the business's online job board job advert allocations, ensuring new starters are set correctly, supporting teams in the management of their job board slots and troubleshooting any problems with job posting.
  • Managing the delivery of the UK, Middle East and Africa Cross Sell campaign, tracking sales, reporting on results and producing internal communications to promote the programme and drive results for the business.
  • Using an industry-leading CMS system to publish content to the website to benefit our SEO strategy
  • Assisting the Events Executive with the organisation of events, lunches and conferences. This may involve creating event invitations, managing RSVPs, liaising with venues and speakers, producing names badges, arranging food and beverage orders and managing event logistics on the day.
  • Managing the administration of company corporate collateral.
