Description

We are looking for a Marketing and CRM specialist to join an energetic, ambitious growing law firm based in central London.

You will be part of a small central marketing and BD team which supports the firm in delivering marketing and BD strategy. You will be integral to the delivery of centrally planned activities, CRM and marketing communications and managing our digital channels.

You will be a key point of contact to the Marketing & BD team and will be expected to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across the firm from partner level to core business support colleagues.

CRM system

  • Work with the Head of Marketing & Business Development to roll out and promote our client intelligence portal, OnePlace, as a strategic business development tool.
  • Engage leadership and promote the use of the system including bespoke reporting.
  • Measure outcomes to drive adoption - develop metrics
  • Liaising with the system provider to ensure we have the tools and develop comms to help with engagement of the system.
  • Some data stewarding as required - duplicate merge etc. and liaising with practice teams to drive the enriching data records

Digital and website

  • Manage the on-going development of branded newsletters and comms through our email marketing system and producing reports to track engagement
  • Manage social media channels - working with Senior Marketing and BD executive to develop a content plan
  • Analysing and providing reporting on engagement through our various digital channels
  • Data Management: deliver key insights and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Executive on the optimisation and development of the website.
  • Review usage statistics and bring forward recommendations for site improvements including future proofing the site.
