A new and exciting role has been created for a skilled and ambitious Marketing & Communications Assistant at a leading corporate financial adviser, based in the City of London. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for the implementation of business development focused marketing and communications activity to support the firm's core business objectives.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing & Communications Assistant:

  • Creation of the monthly newsletter
  • Support in event management
  • Help to define the content strategy
  • Manage web content
  • Management of email marketing lists
  • Assist in campaign reporting

Key skills and experience of the Marketing & Communications Assistant:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (with strong eye for detail)
  • Exceptional organisation and project management skills
  • Previous exposure to a corporate, fast-paced environmen
  • Exposure to client-facing environment
  • CMS experience
  • CRM system experience (preferably Salesforce
  • Sound understanding of MS Excel and PPT
  • Financial/professional services experience is ideal
