You will manage one direct report and work closely with regional marketing and business development colleagues. Reporting directly into the board you will help shape discussions regarding the state of the market and their brand and how best to meet their business goals.

The Marketing and Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating the marketing strategy and working with stakeholders to build their own individual brands.

A key aim of the role is to increase their presence in their key sectors. You will ensure there is a structured approach for managing client relationships and leads and you will identify potential opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage one direct report and work closely with regional colleagues
  • Update board with marketing progress and advise on key issues
  • Manage budget and create strategy
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador and help to build their brand both internally and externally
  • Carry out integrated marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain suite of marketing collateral
  • Create events calendar and organise stakeholder's appearances at relevant events
  • Support stakeholders in building their own individual marketing activities

Skills/experience

  • Strong track record of marketing success in a B2B organisation
  • Contributed to building an organisations brand
  • Created and delivered varied marketing strategy
  • Project management skills - carried out multiple campaigns with tight deadlines
  • Experience of working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Experience using InDesign
  • Previous management experience - ideal
