The successful person will have experienced in helping customer experience reporting and direct marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing projects to understand customers better
  • Identify customer behaviours and help design marketing campaigns
  • Map competitors in the market
  • Translate customer needs into plans to enhance customer experience
  • Segment the customer database for marketing campaigns
  • Assist in managing direct marketing campaigns
  • Presenting findings to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop economic analysis across countries
  • Collect and analyse data and information
  • Develop reports and portals and disseminate across the company


  • Proven experience in marketing analyst role
  • Customer experience segmentation background
  • Excellent analytical thinker with the ability to analyse large data sets
  • Proven experience skills to deliver meaningful insightful recommendations
  • Very proactive and willing to learn
