Prestigious healthcare company based in Wimbledon are seeking a Marketing Administrator to join their growing team.

You will report to Head of Marketing & Digital Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities of the company, look after the prospect database, planning and scheduling events and preparing monthly marketing KPI reports. This is an administration focussed role, where you will be the main point of contact for all database, administration and event organisation duties.

To be successful in this job, it is essential that you have extensive administrative experience within a marketing environment, excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and deliver on time to a high standard.

Other tasks will include

  • Managing central marketing enquiry lines and acting as first point of contact to prospective customers - recording key information, passing enquiry details to relevant departments and adding to CRM system.
  • Tracking/recording all marketing invoices on system and against budget.
  • Maintaining events schedule for departments and in-line with marketing schedule.
  • Print materials and production: Ensure all branches are provided with marketing materials and brochures as required.
  • Maintaining marketing archive; of presentations, marketing materials and communications.
  • Help manage travel arrangements and preparing monthly marketing KPI report.
  • Ad hoc projects as required, undertaking any other duties and reasonable requests by the Marketing Manager or Directors.

Ideally you will come from the non profit, charity sector or medical sector and have a real passion for the healthcare industry.

You will possess the following experience

  • Must have extensive administrative, organisational and time management skills preferably within a marketing environment.
  • Good working knowledge of marketing techniques.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to proofread.
  • Managing group events and coordinating community activities.
  • Excellent telephone manner with outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Strong IT skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
