Description

Responsibilities:

  • Based on performance and market trends influence key stakeholers across the business
  • Review performance MI daily/weekly/monthly to understand the drivers of current performance and provide commentary as required
  • Provide stakeholders and management reports on a regular and ad hoc basis.
  • Identify the future trends of the business through understanding the wider industry and market events that could impact income
  • Translate data into actionable programs to support marketing and network sales activities.
  • Proactively challenge current ways of working and suggest opportunities and benefits of different working practices.
  • Develop business capabilities to provide performance information to Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Share performance MI in an end user orientated manner which leads to greater knowledge and information sharing.
  • Develop commercial models and business templates and standards in order to create consistency
  • Support strategic and commercial discussions, both internally and externally by providing support, modelling and analysis in key decision topics.
  • Check all retail data is being used correctly both internally and externally (with third parties)

Requirements:

  • Experience in market insight / performance / data management and an ability to translate into both a strategic and operational context.
  • Track record of SAS / SQL / Python / R would be advantage
  • Experience in implementing and driving improvement initiatives.
  • Experience of driving and communicating change throughout organisations.
  • UK experience is essential
