Investor Relations Associate

A leading investment bank primarily specialising in capital raising for growth and mid-cap companies in the UK, is looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join their high performing IR team in London.

The IR Associate will establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and act as the main point of contact for investor relations advice.

This advice will include developing and implementing investor relations plans, road shows, site visits, capital markets days and investor mapping and targeting.

If this sounds of interest, your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide investor relations services for the bank's corporate clients
• Plan and manage investor events such as roadshows , site visits and capital markets days
• Provide investor targeting and contact investors to book meetings
• Attend and participate in sales team briefings, institutional lunches and 1-1 meetings with corporate clients
• Collate institutional feedback following all investor events and prepare and deliver feedback reports to corporate clients
• Act as main contact for corporate clients on all matters around their share register analysis
• Event coordination of analyst briefings (in-house or virtual) and AGMs
• Deliver detailed monthly market reports to corporate clients

To be considered for the position, your skills and experience will include:

• Experience of sell-side capital markets, either within investor relations, broking or analyst roles
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to provide counsel to clients
• Experience using data providers such as BD Advanced, Dealogic and Refinitiv Eikon
• A keen interest in capital markets news and affairs
• A proven team player
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience creating reports and presentations
