Are you an Internal Communications Manager looking to transform communications and engagement within a global, matrixed organisation? The company are at the forefront of telecommunications technology, and this role will require the Internal Communications Manager to develop, execute and deliver a communications strategy that helps the business effectively engage its colleagues.

On the strategic front, you will need to get to know your audience segments, evaluate existing communications channels, support the employer brand and establish reporting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communications.

From a delivery perspective, you will need to manage all communications channels including email, intranet and quarterly town halls. You will act as a business partner to stakeholders, provide communications counsel and chair the social committee.

Your key skills and experience will include:

  • Experience of developing and delivering an internal communications strategy in a complex, matrixed, global organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide communications counsel and provide expert advice and solutions
  • Experience of running multiple communications channels, including: email, intranets and town halls
  • Proven examples of introduction new technologies and communications channels to drive collaboration and increase engagement scores
