Are you an immediately available Internal Communications Manager with experience in HR communications? Do you want to join a FTSE listed company to help build employee awareness around rewards and benefits programs?

Sitting within the Corporate & Functions Communications team, as part of HR Communications, this role will work closely with the senior leadership, to build employee awareness of and commitment to their business agenda, while fostering a strong sense of purpose and community across the employee base.

About the role

  • Plan, manage and execute the group reward communication strategy, broadly comprising base pay, bonus, benefits and equity plans.
  • Provide appropriate advice, guidance and direction to the reward leadership team.
  • Ensure that communications are timely, accurate, targeted and to budget.
  • Manage the publication of the quarterly scorecards.
  • Oversee the reward and performance channels.

About you

  • Significant experience and proven track record of delivering global communication programs.
  • The ability to comprehend and express complex ideas in easy-to-understand communication materials for multiple employee groups.
  • Widely proficient to operating at senior-executive level, with sound financial understanding and related complex information.
