An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Retail Digital Marketing Manager to join a London based luxury retailer.

Main responsibilities:

  • Creation and managing of the ongoing 'test & learn' plan for all digital activity
  • Close working relationship with content managers, social media team and online trading manager to feed back all learning and refinements into BAU
  • Optimising customer experience across key platforms
  • Analysing conversion, online behaviour and reporting back on website analytics
  • Managing the performance of agency's on-going PPC, Affiliate, SEO, Paid Social and Display campaigns
  • Management of key digital initiatives across the wider business e.g. Fragrance Profiling and Gift Finder
  • Management of key ecommerce initiatives / roadmap e.g. Click & Collect, sameday delivery, gift cards
  • Managing the performance of agency's on-going UX and CRO campaigns
  • Setting achievable goals including increasing click-thru and conversion rates and decreasing cost per acquisition
  • Analysing web traffic and increasing the visibility of the website

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven track record of working in-house for e-commerce retail websites
  • Significant experience in eCommerce / merchandising management
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Proven record of managing performance / media agencies
  • Ability to assess customer traffic and behaviour, and improve the user experience
  • Experience with Email Service Provider platforms and Content Management Systems advantageous
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Experience of DoubleClick Campaign Manager advantageous
  • Extremely data driven, analytical and commercially aware attitude
  • Retail client-side luxury, beauty & fashion experience desired
