A fantastic opportunity for an Interim Marketing Manager to join a well trusted and respected wealth management firm.

The role of the Marketing Manager is to support the Head of Marketing & Communications in creating the marketing strategy, and delivering the day-to-day marketing activities in the UK (and support across the Crown Dependencies).

The role encompasses the broad marketing mix and includes channel marketing and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to develop and execute the marketing strategy
  • Acting as an brand ambassador both internally and externally, and be responsible for consistent adherence to the firm wide brand guidelines and the activities of the wider group and global marketing team
  • Ensure all marketing materials/activities are client-centric and fully compliant, in line with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Line management of both the marketing executive and senior marketing executive
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing activities
  • Responsible for budget tracking and management - overall and by own campaign/activity
  • Responsible for the marketing procedures and production process and adherence to that process (including a full 'job bag' for all materials and effective risk management)
  • Working with team heads across onshore and offshore jurisdictions and across services to ensure marketing campaigns, communications and materials are relevant
  • Organising UK wealth management events e.g. third-party conferences, networking events and sponsorships. Must be willing to attend events, which may fall outside regular working hours

Key Skills:

  • 6+ years marketing experience in the financial services industry
  • Track record of implementing marketing plans that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives
  • Experience implementing digital/online marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced marketing activities (working with external partners e.g. creative and studio agencies, media agencies and printers)
