Are you an immediately available Digital Professional based in Kent? Do you have publishing, membership or retail experience and great experience managing teams and performance? If so, please read on!

About you

You will be experienced in creating, articulating and delivering digital strategy and be comfortable leading a digital function including strategy, search, UX, UI, web and app. You will have strong people and performance management experience and will be able to quickly understand business plans and make a serious contribution in a short space of time. You will be a champion for cross-functional working to optimise traffic from all digital channels including search, email, affiliate and social media.

About the role

This is an exciting role to create a frictionless customer experience that continuously builds customer interactions online by recognising the needs of your customer in the digital space and translating it into a business goal.

Paramount to this role is increasing traffic to digital platforms and working with the wider business to drive the conversion of traffic to product customers through conversion, retention and cross-selling.

You will ensure messaging is consistent across both digital and print, working closely with the editorial and content teams. You will build a social media team and strategy and manage the wider digital team of 12 people.
