Are you a proven Digital Communications Manager looking to join a fast-paced customer focussed and data driven organisation?

About the role

Reporting to the CMO and working collaboratively with the wider Marketing, C-suite and leadership teams, this role will have ownership for all product and company communications content, communication planning, design and delivery across all platforms ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints that helps to achieve commercial targets as well as increase company brand awareness with target industry, investor and media audiences.

Responsible for promoting key messages for SME and Consumer customers/products as well as tell a cohesive corporate and customer marketing story to contribute to enterprise value.

The role is paramount in driving the company's vision, brand purpose and customer communication effectiveness. It should aim to maximise the positive sentiment around reputation as well as support the delivery of the highest standard of customer and product marketing communications across all touchpoints and the customer lifecycle.

Skills required

  • Experience working within a marketing function, with a focus on producing effective customer and product communications to meet commercial targets and in line with brand values as a key focus
  • Have proven skills in a fast-paced, 'Digital 1st' marketing environment primarily focused on client-side communications creation and management
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual across variety of digital mediums)
  • Proven record of producing high quality engaging and commercially impacting content at a company level, for customer acquisitions, as well as existing customer marketing and servicing
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of how to effectively translate and deliver organisation values for effective Customer engagement
