Description

  • Well established FMCG company are looking for an interim CRM/ Email specialist to assist with the execution of the CRM (Email) Loyalty Programmes. Immediate start - 3 Months
  • Support with the development of the new email programmes (journey planning, messaging, email briefs, etc.)
  • Review and analyse the performance of the existing email programmes
  • Develop advanced optimisation plans for the existing automated email programmes
  • Write creative and data briefs based on the agreed consumer journeys
  • Review creative and provide feedback to ensure it is fit for purpose
  • Review and test created emails
  • Implement simple changes and amends to the existing emails automations
  • Keep track of all deployed programmes and live Test and Learns (until the full automation)


Work Experience

  • Hands on experience in data analytics.
  • Comfortable working with data to extract insights.
  • Organised with immaculate attention to details
  • Strong creative judgement - ability to evaluate the suitability of the creative and to provide constructive feedback
