This global technology music company is looking for a new Digital Analyst to analyze consumer insights to drive growth and increase revenue. This role will see you reporting to the Senior Insight Manager and will see you work hand in hand with the sales, marketing, and product teams.

This role is critical to the business and you would have a large amount of influence in business decisions from the insights that you deliver.

Since 2001 this disruptive tech company has provided a platform for producers and media companies to have easier access to over 150,000 music tracks globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the insights team you will lead analysis on consumer insights
  • product discovery and development
  • Provide analysis of acquisition activities and mark recommendations.
  • design and implementation of the right metrics, targets, and reports to drive the business forward or measure the impact of features & marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on customer behavior
  • Build customer segmentation for marketing and sales activates.

Key Responsibilities

Your Experience

  • Experience in working with consumer and marketing data to develop actionable insights.
  • Using qualitative feedback tools to generate insight that ties in with quantitative analysis
  • Experience generating data visualizations, reports and dashboards to aid communication of insights
  • Experience presenting to insights to senior stakeholders to drive action and change within the business
  • Experience in SQL and able to write complex SQL queries
  • Experience of handling high volumes of data from multiple sources
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, and experience with Tableau
