Description

A global fintech brand is looking for a Head of Social to oversee and develop the social strategy and social teams.

This person will drive the social media activity and interactions with existing and prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy that aligns with overall business strategy
  • Lead the creation of relevant, original and high-impact social content
  • Design and implement company digital strategies within budget requirements
  • Measure the effectiveness of the Group's social media activity on an ongoing basis
  • Set up and optimise company social media channels
  • Train and mentor teams to use digital technologies
  • Act as an ambassador and advocate on adopting relevant social media approaches

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a social media marketing specialist
  • Experience of working with or for a listed company and ideally in issues and reputation management
  • Solid technical and professional expertise with online marketing tools
  • Excellent communications, writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-management skills
  • Ability to develop, inspire and motivate others to high performance
  • Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in an exceptionally fast-paced environment with a flexible approach
