Description

A Head of Marketing position with a high level of responsibility driving multi-channel campaigns and overseeing strategy and branding for the group.

You will lead a team of 5 to drive campaigns including events, social and digital, and design and groom the group's strategy working alongside key stakeholders to ensure its implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and advance marketing strategy
  • Develop and deliver integrated thought leadership campaigns across multiple channels
  • Organise and market high-quality events
  • Create an annual lead development plan
  • Be responsible for the marketing budget and signing off on projects
  • Champion and drive digital marketing
  • Take charge of growing the online and social presence
  • Management of the ambitious and talented team of five

Skills/Experience

  • Professional services marketing experience
  • Experience managing marketing teams of 2 or more
  • Influential communicator with all stakeholders
  • Appreciable digital marketing knowledge and a willingness to improve upon this
  • Experience of budget management and annual planning
