Responsibilities:

  • Develop a marketing strategy to help promote our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals
  • Lead and inspire the marketing team; leading by example and working hands-on in driving strategic positioning, messaging, PR, events, promotions and product definition
  • Liaise with and manage external marketing and PR agencies
  • Report on all marketing activities to the executive team
  • Enforce brand guidelines in all marketing activities across the company
  • Manage marketing budget ensuring effective prioritisation and allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with HR on internal marketing and employer branding
  • This role will require regular travel between our London and Malta offices.

Requirements:

  • Management experience in a marketing agency or leading an internal fintech or payments marketing team
  • Solid understanding of the payments industry
  • Travel related software would be an advantage
  • Relevant university degree and/or member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing
  • UK experience is a must!
