A leading Fintech business specialising in financial data software is looking for a head of marketing to join their innovative team. As a head of marketing, you will build a multi-channel marketing plan that will help achieve the business' growth goals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Generate high quality leads to support the business in achieving sales targets
  • Develop and deliver a B2B and B2C digital marketing strategy including social media, email, search and online advertising
  • Develop a marketing plan covering online and offline channels within allocated budgets
  • Manage and optimise the website to increase growth
  • Develop and implement the educational content strategy
  • Manage and brief third party agencies to execute the marketing plan
  • Measure marketing KPIs, competitor analysis and reporting
  • Grow and develop relationships with key media partners
  • Improve retention strategies and provide product development recommendations to increase competitiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and record of delivering on targets
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative approach
  • Strong experience of digital marketing in B2B and B2C markets including social media
  • Strong experience in multi-channel marketing planning and delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within the investment management or financial services sector is essential
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management
