Reporting directly in to Group Marketing Director, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing & implementing marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. The company has just completed a very exciting acquisition hence this is an exceptional time to join the organisation. The role will suit someone with a proven experience in B2B full marketing mix role gained within the technology sector.

The role:

  • Development and execution marketing strategy that is aligned to business objectives and sales targets
  • Own and execute online and offline lead generation programs, globally, to drive customer acquisition
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation
  • Managing marketing team (events, digital, channels and business development)
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and partners

Your profile:

  • Wealth of experience gained from B2B tech environment (manufacturing, ICT or managed services preferably)
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategy
  • Hands-on knowledge of best practices in B2B lead generation
  • Proven experience in running multi-channel marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Team management experience
  • Proactive, confident self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills; with an ability to quickly develop customer relationships
