Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of strategies and tactical plans for all marketing activity to support key business objectives for volume and company reputation - ATL & BTL.
  • Drive digital strategy for acquisition and retention.
  • Overall responsibility for the delivery of customer volumes through effective direct marketing activity as part of the overall acquisition targets.
  • Using data develop new products and develop pricing model.
  • Overall responsibility for brand development and implementation. Owner of all brand guidelines, responsible for the governance and controls that will ensure a consistent implementation across the group.
  • Responsible for the delivery of cross-sell targets as well as improving additional services revenue.
  • Owner of the Customer Communications via printed documents, emails, texts and other online communications.
  • Co-ordinates crisis management and business continuity activity where there is a potential effect on reputation or interest from the media.
  • Manages staff effectively for maximum business contribution and personal achievement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of marketing delivery within a PLC or high profile insurance, retail or consumer brand at an Executive or Board level.
  • Track record of direct marketing /direct reponse.
  • Strong expertise and knowledge of acquisition, brand and optimisation marketing techniques and methods.
  • Strong expertise in developing marketing strategies and working with senior management and senior external partners.
  • Highly-developed planning and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional writing and spoken word skills.
  • UK experience essential.
