After recent merger, a rapidly growing online platform which helps micro-businesses and SMEs grow, is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their newly created marketing team. This role provides the right candidate with the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team. Reporting directly in to Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategy, executing on multi-channel marketing campaigns while managing a small marketing team. In order to be successful within the role, the hands on experience with PPC and SEO is required.
Your role:
- Drive and improve lead generation campaigns across the company's websites
- Manage the creation of all marketing material (predominantly digital) in line with marketing
- plans
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Develop highly effective email marketing strategy to maximise revenue potential of a huge
- customer database
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of email marketing
- Oversee SEO and PPC plans and drive improved performance
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
- Maintaining effective internal communications
- Managing relationships with key partners and agencies and identifying new potential relationships
Your profile:
- Strong B2B full marketing mix experience (ideally gained within a start-up or a mid-size business)
- Good understanding of, and experience in digital marketing including, ideally, PPC, email marketing & B2B social media
- Ability to lead and inspire junior members of the team
