The role of the Head of Marketing Communications is both broad and immensely challenging and will report to the overall Group Head of Marketing. Managing a team of Marketing Communications professionals the Head of Marketing Communications will ensure effective and consistent delivery of the marketing communications strategy.

Other key responsibilities will include:

- Overall responsibility for roll out and execution of the marketing communications strategy

- Leading the delivery of all customer communications, inclusive of brand building

- 3rd party (including digital and media relations agencies) and supplier management

- Development of the overall brand identity

- Deployment of marketing capabilities including above and below the line and sponsorship

- Management of internal and external communications

Knowledge of the online/digital media space would be desirable as would prior experience of working in the financial / professional services sector in a broad marketing communications role with line management responsibilities.
