Scope of the role

As the Head of Marketing & Communications you will be responsible for developing and delivering the communications plans in order to support the key business segments. Working closely with the internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure maximum return on investment and to help achieve commercial goals of the business. Your plans will encompass social media, digital design, sales literature, PR, advertising and E-commerce

Key responsibilities

You will report into the Marketing Director as part of the overall Marketing team and manger two direct reports. You will work directly with the Product Management and technical teams.

You will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a managerial post within the construction/building industry
  • Demonstrable experience building relationships with customers and clients
  • Provide direction and guidance
  • Proven experience of developing and delivering marketing and communications plans to support the business
