A new and exciting role has been created for a skilled communications practitioner to join a leading Financial Services firm based in the heart of the city of London. The role of the Head of Internal Communications is both broad and immensely challenging and will report directly into the Head of Global Strategy and will manage a team of two Communications Managers.

The Head of Internal Communications will be responsible for building, managing and developing the internal and corporate communications strategy as well as developing a messaging framework to support the overall communications plan.

Other key deliverables will include:

- Develop end to end delivery of complex internal and change communication projects

- Build strong internal stakeholder relationships (c-suite, including Chief Executive)

- Manage all integrated communications activities across the business

- Manage the production of communications materials, including creative and content

- Management of external 3rd party and agency providers

The successful applicant will have significant exposure to internal and corporate communications across a variety of media. Prior experience of working in the Financial Services sector would be highly desirable as would prior staff management and leadership.

This is a high calibre senior Communications role with plenty of scope for personal and professional development working for a business that has seen significant growth both in its UK operation but also in International territories.
