Description

The main objectives of the role include:

  • Create new business opportunities through affiliate, lead gen and digital marketing as well as optimize current marketing strategies (email, PPC, SEO, social media)
  • Work closely with the creative teams and be responsible for ensuring the fast & accurate implementation of creative strategy
  • Manage the in house marketing campaign process from start to finish including planning, set-up, review, QA, deployment and reporting
  • Lead, manage and direct the work of the department to ensure department targets are achieved
  • Troubleshoot issues as needed with a solution-orientated approach

Your profile:

  • Proven track record in a similar strategic marketing and sales environment
  • Direct Staff management skills and the ability to motivate and develop individuals and team working
  • performance marketing experience across multiple channels
  • A strategic and commercial attitude towards marketing
  • Analytical and results & solutions-oriented
  • Proactive, confident self-starter
