A B2B leading payments provider is looking for Head of Digital to manage the digital team and provide strategic direction. It will be well suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, focusing on commercial return and is KPI driven.

You will have the management of over 20 websites and the generation of over 50K leads.

This person will be a strong people leader who has demonstrated their ability to motivate and develop a team.


  • Develop a digital strategy focused around lead generation across paid and owned media
  • Drive innovation by proactively being aware of key industry and digital developments
  • Managing a £1m budget to deliver strong ROI focused digital campaigns and help significantly grow the budget
  • Annual and monthly planning to ensure the business understands and buys into the digital strategy
  • Leading stakeholder management efforts internally across sales channels and lines of business
  • Leading the digital team of to achieve objectives and an the opportunity to grow the team
  • Act as the key lead and point of contact for digital agencies
  • Test and invest in new channels and broaden the understanding of their potential contribution to customers and the business
  • Management of the digital infrastructure, ensuring the platform is robust and follows best practice
  • Lead and manage our mobile strategy ensuring great experience and delivering to engage with end users
  • Lead digital mapping services ensuring customers can view across device where they can use products


  • Proven digital marketing experience within a B2B environment
  • Team management experience
  • Large scale budget management
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills particularly at a senior level
  • A strong focus on the customer, revenue and timely delivery
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
